Be sure to check out the whole article back at their website.
Our beautiful Alicia poses gracefully for the December cover of DUJOUR magazine. I’ve just added 10 gorgeous high-quality pictures of the photoshoot taken by Bruce Weber to the gallery, which you can discover by clicking on the thumbnails below. You can also discover the interview below, but be sure to check the entire article back at the magazine’s website here.
Here’s what she had to say to the magazine:
“I’m doing what I never dreamed I would do,” she says. “I pinch myself every day.”
About her new-found fame: “A lot of the films are coming out during the same time, so it’s been a bit overwhelming,” she says in her soft, British-inflected English. “I’m scared of overexposure, but really I’m just feeling very happy about the work I’ve done with people I admire. Finally, we can let the films out there and see them alive.”
I’ve just added high-quality images of Alicia walking on the red carpet of The Danish Girl Washington premiere, which was held exactly one week ago – commemorating the Annual Transgender Day of Remembrance. Enjoy the pictures by clicking on the thumbnails below:
I’ve just added more than 850 Blu-Ray screen captures of Alicia as Gaby in Guy Ritchie’s adaptation of the 1960s TV-Series, “The Man From U.N.C.L.E“. It tells the story of CIA agent Napoleon Solo and KGB operative Illya Kuryakin participate in a joint mission against a mysterious criminal organization, which is working to proliferate nuclear weapons. Check those out in the photo gallery!
I’ve just uploaded a beautiful portrait of Alicia to the photo gallery. She was photographed by Kirk McKoy for the Los Angeles Times. Keep reading as I reported part of the article below, but if you want to read the whole thing, here it is.
[…]off-screen, she’s earned less positive reviews. The press has often found her to be aloof, describing her as “cooly remote,” “polite but not warm” and “certainly not vulnerable.”
And that’s not how millennials want their stars these days. In a Vogue cover story this month, Jennifer Lawrence takes off her bra in front of a reporter, ditches fancy dinner plans to order pizza and talks about her hymen. Vikander, meanwhile, looks like she could be the princess of a small European nation you’ve never heard of. You can tell she used to be a dancer because she’s quite dainty. It’s easy to imagine her with her hair slicked back into a bun, nothing hiding her delicate, symmetrical face.
Last night was held the Los Angeles premiere of ‘The Danish Girl‘, and Alicia hit the red carpet alongside with co-stars Eddie Redmayne, Amber Heard and director Tom Hooper. Over 70 high-quality images have been added to the gallery.
The 2015 British Independent Film Awards Nominations have been announced and it’s not surprise Alicia received one for Best Actress for her work in The Danish Girl. Ex Machina has also been nominated as Best British Independent Film; Best Director and Best Screenplay for Alex Garland as well as Outstanding Achievement in Craft for MARK DIGBY Production Design and ANDREW WHITEHURST Visual Effects.
